Updated Model Number Listing of 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 Simplicity Bassinets affected by the CPSC Alert

This is an updated list of model numbers affected by the CPSC Alert on Simplicity

Affected model munbers: 3000, 3010, 3011, 3012, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3016, 3017, 3020, 3025, 3026, 3027, 3030, 3040, 3045, 3046, 3047, 3050, 3060, 3070, 3111, 3112, 3122, 343-8363, 343-8399, 5730, 5750, 8393, 9250, TD2500

3-in-1 and 4-in-1 Bassinets. Please read below and follow instructions.

****The CPSC alert does NOT affect SFCA-produced bassinet models: 3123DOH8 (all Mfg codes), 3023 URC (all Mfg codes), 3014LOL (all Mfg codes) and 3027MIS (C806 Mfg code).****

Please check your Simplicity 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 bassinet following the steps below.

Step One: First find the model number on a white label on the underside of the mattress support board. If your bassinet is still in the carton, the model number can be found above or below the UPC bar code on the carton.

Step Two: If your model number does NOT contain any of the model numbers listed here, your bassinet is NOT affected by the CPSC alert.

Step Three: If your model number does begin with any of the numbers listed here, you must check the manufacturer’s date code.

Step Four: The manufacturer’s date code is on the same white label on the underside of the mattress support board. If your bassinet is still in the carton, the manufacturer’s date code can be found above the UPC bar code on the carton.

Step Five: Sample manufacturer’s date code is shown here. Check the 4 digits.

If the week is 21 or greater and the year is 2008, your bassinet is NOT affected.

Step Six: If your model is listed here and the manufacturer’s date code is prior to the 21st week of 2008, then your bassinet IS AFFECTED. Please STOP using it immediately and return it to the store where purchased for a refund or store credit.
